Subscription Billing

Access to advanced tools requires a premium subscription billed on a recurring monthly cycle and can be canceled at any time. All transactions are securely processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact us at info@tedandjoe.com for assistance.

We believe in complete transparency and privacy. Here is how we handle your data:

Information We Collect

• Account Data: If you sign up or log in, we store your email address and password hash securely via Supabase Authentication. We also store your premium subscription status.
• Calculator Inputs: Your calculation numbers are saved locally in your browser's localStorage to improve your user experience and are not transmitted to our servers.
• Payment Info: All payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and subscription metadata — never raw card credentials.
• Usage Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data, only when you consent via our cookie banner.
• Cookie Preferences: We store your cookie consent choices in localStorage.

Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR)

• Account & Payments: Contract — necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
• Analytics: Consent — only collected after your explicit consent via cookie banner.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: Legitimate Interest — protecting the integrity of the service.
